Fans of a beloved comedy franchise are celebrating after the studio confirmed a fourth film is officially in production with the entire original cast returning. The announcement came during a surprise reunion panel at a fan convention, where the cast appeared together on stage for the first time in five years.
The director, who helmed the first two films in the series, is also returning to complete what is being billed as the definitive conclusion to the franchise. Production is scheduled to begin this fall with a summer 2027 release date already locked in.
